Key Accountabilities:

  • Order Tracking for Seaming, Packing & DC Transfer
  • Weekly Shipment/Container planning
  • Release Weekly Finishing plan to plants
  • Co ordination with Purchase & Stores for Packaging Materials
  • Co ordination with Seaming Planning team for alignment of Seaming as per shipment priority.
  • Pack order and Stock Transfer Order preparation
  • Co ordination with Plants for Seaming, Packing and delivery as per Customer Order
  • Daily Monitoring of Finishing plan
  • Review Planned vs Actual of last week, reason thereof and align next week’s Finishing Plan accordingly
  • Allocation against orders and creation of out bound deliveries for the dispatches.
  • Ensure no left overs in inventory after the completion of order
  • Handle Special requirement of Customers and co ordinate for the same with Seaming Planning/Procurement for prioritizing.
  • Prioritize material transfer from one plant to other to meet the delivery timelines.
  • Liquidation of slow/non moving stocks by using for current orders.
  • Review and Closure of unwanted Pack Orders

Key Result Area

  • On time delivery of orders
  • Timely issuance of Production orders based on customer delivery dates.

Education

Diploma/BE Textiles

Experience

2 + years of experience in textile industries with at least 2+ years in the planning function Experience in SAP, Data analysis

  • Co ordination skills, Process knowledge, Product Knowledge
  • Self-driven with ownership of responsibilities. Ability to take initiative. Strong motivating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work as a team, system & process understanding, time management, meeting deadlines
